You buy credits up front and spend them on any service in the catalogue. Purchases of 1 to 100 credits are charged at £2.00 per credit. Purchases of 101 credits and above are charged at £1.50 per credit. So 100 credits costs £200 and 150 credits costs £225.

Do credits expire?

Credits stay on your account and can be spent across multiple projects. Allocate 40 credits to an AI website assistant this month and 200 to a custom web application next quarter, from the same balance.

Why are software and app builds priced higher in credits?

Custom software development, SaaS development and mobile app development carry substantially higher delivery costs than ordinary AI generation tasks. Those categories sit at the premium end of the catalogue, which is why a custom ERP starts at 400 credits while a technical SEO audit is 15.

What happens if my project falls outside the published ranges?

You get a written quote in credits before anything starts. Legacy software modernisation, advanced SaaS platforms and large multi-agent systems are usually quoted this way. The credit rate you paid still applies.
